This is an excellent, easy to use software that allows the user to extract portions of video from a DVD movie. The clips extracted unfortunately are only stored in DVD format, but its simplicity makes it the greatest and the fastest freeware tool of its kind.
The DVD clips are stored in VOB format, and is the reason of why it has the ability to extract the video clips in seconds whether they are long or short. This application is very useful and makes easy the extraction of clips to then be uploaded to web pages, blogs or Youtube.
It has never been easier, only three steps are needed to extract you favrite clips just: "Select start" - "Select end" - "Save". It will get your favorite movie or film scenes stored separately where pointed. Make a collection of these movie clips to watch in future the need of playing the entire movie.
All DVD's are supported, but remember the outcome are only clips, that do not contain menus or other available features present on the complete video.
